A Galaxy of Sorts
Our backyard has two fairly young fig trees. No more than 8 years old, they provide bowls full of delicious fruit every year. Time slows as we wait for the fruit to ripen, and then they arrive in such furvor they demand our undivided attention to prepare and preserve this harvest. We stew, dry and preserve as much as we are able. A Galaxy of Sorts reminds me of the abundance of life.
